Report of fire on SB SR-87 just north of the W Capitol Expwy offramp (SB 87 JNO CAPX), San Jose, ~1:04–1:05 PM PT (CHP #1328). Black smoke on RHS; transferred to fire; unit assigned/enroute 1:11 PM; still active ~1:14 PM. About 5 miles east of Campbell / Union Ave; may slow SB 87 / Capitol approaches.
