Traffic hazard on the SB I-280 transition to NB SR-85 (San Jose / Cupertino connector), ~12:07–12:08 PM PT. Black bag in lane 2 (CHP #1210). Unit assigned/enroute 12:16 PM; still active ~12:25 PM. May delay 280→85. Union Ave / Campbell via SR-17 unaffected.
